Fresh Fish

【Sanriku Hokkai Area】 Seasonal fish such as saury, squid, hairy crab, king crab, flounder, scallop, and autumn salmon caught in the coasts of Hokkaido and Tohoku are purchased and forwarded from here. 【Kansai Area】 Mackerel, horse mackerel, Spanish mackerel, flounder and other fish caught in the coasts of Kansai, Sanin, and Kishu is forwarded along with the cargo from Shikoku and Kyushu arriving the morning after they are caught. 【Adjecent Sea Fisheries】 We collect shore fish from coastal waters every day from Choshi and Katsuura in Chiba Prefecture, Tokyo Bay, Miura Peninsula in Kanagawa Prefecture, Sagami Bay, Suruga Bay, Kesennuma of Tohoku, Shiogama in the Joban area, and down to the Kinki area. We also distribute fish caught that morning by net-fishing which is a unique culture of the Yokohama fish market. 【Farmed Fish】 We also distribute farmed fish such as young yellowtail, greater amberjack, red snapper, and live fish that are carried from nationwide producers carried in live fish boats and cargos. |

We sell a wide variety of sea urchins purchased from both international and domestic producers, and other seafood such as red clam, small scallops, negitoro, Manila streamer clam, freshwater clam, oyster, octopus, crab, ayu, and other fish used in sushi. |

Frozen Products

From king crabs and snow crabs from Alaska/ Russia to prawns from around the world, we can customize the perfect pack to fit our client’s request for any quantity and size. We also have the network to supply frozen scallop, sweet shrimp, Botan shrimp, squid, saury, Norwegian mackerel, boiled octopus from Africa, and other general frozen marine products. |

Dried-Salted Products

We provide a wide variety of dried-salted products such as salmon roe from Alaska, Hokkaido, and the Sanriku area, marinated salmon roe, cod roe, as well as broiled eel. |

Semi-Dried Fish

We collect seasonal fish from throughout Japan, namely, dried Spanish mackerel from the coasts of Ibaraki, Numazu, Mie, and Wakayama, a variety of fish cut open and dried or dried whole, boiled whitebait, dried whitebait, small dried sardines, and other items. We also provide tailor-made packages and packed gifts by the requested amount. |

Processed Products

Over 700 items of processed products from around the nation can be purchased. To name a few, fish marinated in miso or sake lee, salted squid/ fish guts, seasoned cod roe, cod roe, delicacies, and dried salted items. |

Local specialties such as kamaboko (boiled fish paste) of Odawara, fried kamaboko, hanpen(boiled flat fish cake), chikuwa(tube-shaped fish cake), etc. can be supplied anytime upon request. |
